Bachmann is determined to provide the latest comprehensive in-house and external training and development opportunities. We currently have many staff studying for relevant professional qualifications such as ICSA, ACCA and STEP.

We have an evolving Induction programme to assist new entrants to the company to find their feet and understand our business. In addition we are tailoring an in-house leadership programme to equip our Managers and future Managers with the techniques to provide effective leadership. Personal development plans will be established on an annual basis for all staff in consultation with their Managers.
